A compact roller-type noodle-making machine that is being used all over the world. It is an incredibly versatile model that can produce ramen, udon, soba, pasta, and gyoza dumpling skins, all using the same machine.

・The mixer is separate, allowing for a high degree of flexibility in installation layouts and independent maintenance in the event of a malfunction.
