We held a two-day private udon course at our HQ last week.
The clients had come all the way from San Francisco to take the course.
After learning the basic skills for making udon noodles, soups, flavorings and toppings, he made his own original tempura curry udon! He looked very satisfied with the dish’s flavor and noodle texture.
We can’t wait to meet again at the NRA show in Chicago next year.
