This week we had a client from Germany take a one-day noodle- making class at HQ. She took a ramen course at our ramen school in Tochigi last week, and learned general knowledge and techniques for making ramen, including making noodles, soups, and flavoring sauces and oils. She then visited our HQ to take an extra noodle- making class.
Even though she had already learned how to use the machine and how to make noodles at ramen school, she seemed to have discovered more interest in noodle making here.
She plans to open a ramen shop in Germany next year, and is also thinking about takinge an extra ramen course again before she opens the shop. We look forward to seeing her again next year.
