This week we conducted a five-day ramen course in Osaka.
This time, the students came from Melbourne, Australia.
In a noodle-making class, you will learn lots of knowledge and techniques for making Japanese ramen noodles such as “how to select the right flours” and “characteristics of rye powder,” etc.
During the course, you will also learn other useful and valuable knowledge of making soups, flavoring sauces, flavoring oils and toppings that are all essential for make a better bowl of ramen.
The popularity of Japanese ramen is rising in Australia, too.
