Five-day Udon course ＋ Three-day Intensive Ramen Class at HQ
We had a client from Pennsylvania, USA. He came all the way to take a five-day udon course and a three-day intensive ramen class at HQ for his future business.
During the udon course he learned a lot about udon noodles and dishes, from basic knowledge to practical skills with other students in a group. Right after finishing the five-day udon course, he took an individual intensive ramen course as well. He asked us to teach him how to make ramen with chicken, so we cooked up some chicken soups with different recipes as well as some toppings and flavoring sauces and oils.
On the last day, we taught him how to serve the dishes nicely and quickly based on how a shop actually operates. He’s quite skillful, and at the end created some delicious ramen dishes!
On this occasion he stayed with us for a whole eight days. We hope he enjoyed our classes and learned everything he needs.
